Shop Assistant

Dive and Fish are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and assisting with sales and POS operations. This is a casual position in our store in Perth, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information about scuba diving and freediving activities.
• Operate the POS system, with experience in Shopify preferred.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the store.

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian citizen or have rights to work within Australia.
• Must be a certified Scuba Diver or Freediver.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in POS operations, Shopify preferred.
