Shipping and Delivery

Free Freight on orders over $100 with in Australian.

Orders are shipped by StarTrack Express or occasionally by Australia Post. All orders that can be placed in an overnight StarTrack Express bag will be sent via express post. All larger items will be sent via Road.

In order for Dive & Fish to keep our prices as low as possible and our postage costs to a minimum, we are occasionally out of stock of an item which needs to be ordered from our suppliers. If a selected item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be back-ordered or sent direct from our supplier, and you will be advised. Delivery dates could vary for some items, so to check for an estimated delivery date, please send an email to Dive & Fish or call 1300 765 569 prior to ordering.

While every effort is made to ensure a timely delivery of your order, unavoidable and unforseen delays can occur.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Dive & Fish will only accept returns if there is a manufacturer’s default with the product and the product has not been used by the customer.

    In the event that the product is a manufacturer's default, Dive & Fish will agree to make a full refund or issue a replacement product (at the absolute discretion of Dive & Fish ) upon receiving a request by the customer.

    The customer is to ensure the product is returned to Dive & Fish within 7 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will not be given by Dive & Fish should the customer merely change their mind after the product has been delivered.

    In the case where a customer has ordered his or her incorrect size the product may be exchanged. The customer will be charged for the postage of the replacement item.

    All items returned are at the customers expense.
